ST25 was named the World's Best Rice in 2019 and won the Great Taste 2024 Award for its exceptional aroma and purity — grown in Vietnam's Soc Trang Province, one of the country's most celebrated rice-growing regions.

1. Rinse rice once or twice till water is clear to remove extra starch.

2. Bring 200ml (0.8 cup) of water to a vigorous boil in a saucepan with a fitting lid.

3. Add 250ml (1 cup) of rice and stir. Salt or butter/oil to taste (optional).

4. Cover the saucepan and reduce heat to a low simmer for 15 minutes until water is absorbed completely.

5. Remove from heat and steam for 5 minutes. Stir gently and serve.
