Insta Rice Jasmine Rice has the soft floral aroma jasmine rice is known for, with a light, fluffy texture once cooked — no fuss, just good rice for everyday meals. Grown in Vietnam's Long An province, part of the fertile Mekong Delta.

1. Rinse rice with water once or twice before cooking.

2. Put 2 cups of water into a saucepan and bring to the boil.

3. Stir in 1 cup of Jasmine Rice.

4. Cover, vent the lid slightly, lower the heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.

5. Remove from heat and stand for 5 minutes.

6. Fluff with a fork as required.
