­Free shipping policy

We offer FREE SHIPPING via standard parcels for any orders to the majority of mainland UK. Unfortunately, this excludes shipments to the Scottish Highland and Offshore islands, Northern Ireland, and various island regions.

48-hour handling time policy

We have a minimum of 2 business days of handling time before shipping. So once you place your order, it may not ship until 2 business days later (but often ships sooner). If you order on or around one of our company holidays, the total days before shipping may take longer simply because the holiday is not a business day. Please see our holiday list at the bottom of this page. (Note: Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.)

Shipping and holidays

When you place an order, we will process that order and charge your credit card either that same day or the following work day. Then the order will typically ship within 2 business days after it is processed and charged. Any orders placed on a holiday will be processed on the first business day after the holiday.
